In the Lehigh Valley, three out of five 3rd graders aren’t reading at grade level. PBS39 aims to change this by encouraging early reading. Book Nooks promote a love for reading by offering free, brand-new books curated to reflect local culture. Donations will help build more Book Nooks and improve young readers' skills.
